Yesterday the Year 7 girls participated in the netball tournament here at Matthew Arnold, against the local schools in Spelthorne. Taking into consideration we are well past the netball season the girls played really well.

Overall we came joint third place out of 5 schools, which is a huge achievement for a team that has only been playing together for 1 whole season. Miss Pugh and myself are very proud of the teamwork, communication and hard work each player has invested into the season which ended with a positive tournament. Well played to all the girls involved and we’ll see you next netball season!
