ParentPay is the school online payment system that lets you make secure online payments by credit and debit card.
Hundreds of thousands of parents use ParentPay to pay schools online. It’s used to make cashless payments in schools for dinner money, trips, revision guides and many other items during the school year.
ParentPay account activation codes are confirmed once your child is actually on roll at the school and you will be notified of these as soon as they become available; please do not hesitate to contact the school office, info@matthew-arnold.surrey.sch.uk, if you have any queries with ParentPay.
Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. Once payment has been made, please allow two hours for our internal systems to update, particularly if you are paying for dinner money.
If you are unable to pay by credit or debit card, you can also pay in cash at local PayPoint stores. Please contact the finance department to arrange a card.
