I want to start off by congratulating the 43 students from Year 10 and 11 on completing their expedition for their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. Taking place around the stunning Surrey Hills and nearby villages, students spent 2 days hiking between checkpoints, with an overnight camp in a local campsite. This was a great achievement for the students, but a particular mention should go to Noah, Hope, Aimee, Zain, Haruki and Cameron's group who demonstrated an efficient and calculated approach to completing their route!

Looking back across both days, I want to thank all staff who gave up their weekend (and cosy beds!) to volunteer and help run the expedition. I am already looking forward to the next expedition next year!
